This role focuses on managing our social media presence, coordinating internal and partner communications, and delivering analytics that guide strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management :
- Create and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), managing content calendars and tracking engagement.
- Work closely with commercial, clinical, and customer success teams to align messaging across all platforms and ensure brand consistency.
SEO Strategy & Execution :
Conduct keyword research, optimize website and blog content, and track SEO performance to improve organic reach.Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.Email Marketing :
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage email lists, and analyze performance.Content Creation :
Collaborate with the team to create high-quality, on-brand content for digital campaigns and social media.Liaise with the content and design teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.Coordinate internal communication efforts (product updates, success stories, internal newsletters).Fluent in English (spoken and written).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.Strong understanding of content creation and marketing strategies.Basic experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, etc.)Highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow in a dynamic industry.Passionate about health innovation, clear communication, and brand consistency.
