Costing Manager

الوصف الوظيفيStrong leadership. Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members. From10- 15 years of construction management experience. BSc. of Civil or Architecture is preferred. Very good spoken and written English. Experience in Hospitality Sector Hotels and resorts is preferred. PMP, CCP, or MRICS certification is preferred. Hands-on experience with using MS Excel, Autodesk Revit, and Primavera.
MISSION
- Planning and forecasting the project budget.
- Ensuring the project complies with financial regulations and company overall strategy.
- Responsible for preparation of financial reports.
- Review for endorsement to the submitted invoices / payments.
- Review Contracts claims with contractors / Consultants.
