Role Overview :
We are seeking to hire Pricing Engineer with a strong understanding of design principles and experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates based on project specifications and scope of work.
- Conduct thorough analyses of project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and proposal requests.
- Work closely with project teams to gather relevant data for more precise cost forecasting.
- Elicit input from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of costs including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
- Review and analyze historical data to improve estimation accuracy.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing estimates to management and project stakeholders.
- Participate in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
- Assist with the evaluation and development of tender submissions for projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimation engineers as required.
