Product Manager - Remote - Zapier

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of our key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and a strong background in utilizing automation tools like Zapier or workflow automation platforms like Camunda . Additionally, proficiency in business process documentation is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
• Utilize Zapier or Camunda to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed business process documentation to support product development and implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
