Our Solution Engineers have specialist and healthcare industry knowledge to help our customers build their Saas journeys. In partnership with sales, we collaborate with our customers to inspire them with an innovative solution roadmap to drive outstanding ROI in their businesses.

This Solution Engineer Specialist role will be aligned to Fusion Saas Finance (ERP/EPM).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle toarticulate the business value of Oracle Saas Finance ERP & EPM.
• Supporting & Drive complex Finance opportunities as Solution Expert.
• Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
• Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
• Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas Finance ERP & EPM to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
• Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome.
• Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas Finance ERP & EPM
• Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
• Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
• Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.

• In-depth Finance (ERP/EPM) knowledge.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive knowledge of business applications (Saas Finance & Saas EPM)
• 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare Finance transformation applications
• Basic knowledge in all Oracle Saas ERP / HCM/ SCM / CX solutions
• In-depth experience with Oracle Saas ERP & Saas EPM
• Having hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP & Saas EPM is mandatory – certifications are welcome.
• Experience with AI Finance
• Experience on how to integrate Fusion Finance with EHR solutions.
• Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
• Based in Egypt – language: Arabic & English.

• Travel will occur to Middle East and Europe.
