Key Responsibilities :
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for import and export logistics services (air & sea)
Identify new business opportunities with clients across various industries
Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers
Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, and client needs
provide regular reporting to senior management
Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when needed
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding sales..
Strong knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation (CargoX / ACID is a plus)
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
