الوصف الوظيفيManage payroll process and ensure submitting payroll and payments within the SLAs.Provide clients with payroll reports.Calculate monthly payroll transactions.Supervise and ensure employee bank account opening.Manage database updates in sort of new hires and resignations.Update both social and medical insurance status.Ensure statutory compliance for EOR accounts.Prepare a monthly personnel report.Manage and supervise archiving all documents and employee paperwork.Validate employees’ requests and proceed upon eligibility.Finalize forms registration and exit in social insurance offices.Handle labor offices’ visits and complaints.Manage payroll and personnel team cost, forecast yearly budget, and monitor budget consumption on monthly basis.Enhance team members’ skills and technicalities.Record and manage team members performance appraisals, provide continuous feedback, and track result.A higher degree in any discipline.From 3 to 5 Years of experience as Payroll and Personnel Specialist.Certificate in HR is preferred.Labor law and Social insurance law.Experience in outsourcing industry is preferred.Very good English level.
