Job description
  • Manage payroll process and ensure submitting payroll and payments within the SLAs.
  • Provide clients with payroll reports.
  • Calculate monthly payroll transactions.
  • Supervise and ensure employee bank account opening.
  • Manage database updates in sort of new hires and resignations.
  • Update both social and medical insurance status.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for EOR accounts.
  • Prepare a monthly personnel report.
  • Manage and supervise archiving all documents and employee paperwork.
  • Validate employees’ requests and proceed upon eligibility.
  • Finalize forms registration and exit in social insurance offices.
  • Handle labor offices’ visits and complaints.
  • Manage payroll and personnel team cost, forecast yearly budget, and monitor budget consumption on monthly basis.
  • Enhance team members’ skills and technicalities.
  • Record and manage team members performance appraisals, provide continuous feedback, and track result.
  • A higher degree in any discipline.
  • From 3 to 5 Years of experience as Payroll and Personnel Specialist.
  • Certificate in HR is preferred.
  • Labor law and Social insurance law.
  • Experience in outsourcing industry is preferred.
  • Very good English level.
