Manage a team of planners providing CPM scheduling services for construction projects in the US.
Monitor productivity and improve the quality of outputs delivered by the team.
Personally handle sensitive, high-profile, and complex projects requiring advanced expertise and precision.
Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential conflicts.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, highlighting deviations from plans.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Engage with clients via virtual meetings and video conferences to address project needs.
Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Participate in project meetings to provide insights and recommend adjustments to schedules.
Working Hours : 2 : 30 pm - 11 : 30 pm.
Days Off : Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling, hands-on expertise in civil construction, particularly in planning and scheduling roles within consultancy or construction industries.
Excellent Command of English – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
AUC graduates are preferred.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for effective project scheduling and management.
In-depth understanding and proven ability to manage and resolve construction claims.
Documented track record of career success, supported by reliable references.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
