Planning Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of planners providing CPM scheduling services for construction projects in the US.
• Monitor productivity and improve the quality of outputs delivered by the team.
• Personally handle sensitive, high-profile, and complex projects requiring advanced expertise and precision.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential conflicts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, highlighting deviations from plans.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
• Engage with clients via virtual meetings and video conferences to address project needs.
• Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and recommend adjustments to schedules.
• Working Hours : 2 : 30 pm - 11 : 30 pm.
• Days Off : Saturday and Sunday.
