Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the product development, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in product offerings and promotional materials.
  • Manage brand communications, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and consumer feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and targeting to reach key audiences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to maximize brand impact.
  • Organize and participate in events and activations that promote brand engagement and awareness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management or related marketing roles, with demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating ideas and concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with consumers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and championing diversity in brand messaging and marketing practices.
