The Job

Our client is looking for a Zoho Consultant & Developer to work directly with clients, providing expert guidance on Zoho implementation, training, and support. In this role, you will analyze business processes, manage client engagements, and develop custom integrations to enhance functionality across various Zoho applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the integration between call center systems and Zoho CRM , ensuring efficient data flow and monitoring KPIs to improve performance .

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Integrations

  • Develop and integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using RESTful APIs
  • Build and maintain custom solutions over AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
  • Implement lead management and nurturing solutions using Zoho Campaigns, CRM, and Marketing Automation

    • Zoho Implementation & Support

  • Train and onboard clients on Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications
  • Customize Zoho modules to align with business processes
  • Manage client expectations, set goals, and ensure smooth adoption of Zoho solutions
  • Provide ongoing Zoho system administration and support

    • Call Center & CRM Integration

  • Maintain and enhance the integration between call center systems (e.g., Convoso, Five9 ) and Zoho CRM
  • Ensure real-time data flow between both systems for accurate reporting and analytics
  • Monitor call center KPIs and optimize workflows to improve lead management and overall efficiency
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports to track agent performance, lead conversion rates, and call center metrics

    Key Qualifications

    Required :

  • Strong background in Python development
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications
  • Solid understanding of AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

    • Preferred :

  • Background in lead generation and performance evaluation
  • Experience integrating call center systems (Convoso, Five9, etc.) with Zoho CRM
  • Experience in web development & website management
