Job Role :

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic B2B relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the firm’s presence in the high-end textiles market. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and premium furniture brands to position the firm as the preferred textile provider.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Expansion & Sales Strategy :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the firm’s high-end customer base.
  • Identify and build strong B2B relationships with hotels, furniture manufacturers, architects, and luxury retailers.
  • Leverage Egypt’s hub to streamline supply chain logistics and cost-efficient deliveries.

Customer Acquisition & Account Management :

  • Lead negotiations and closing deals with high-value clients.
  • Deliver tailored textile solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning :
  • Represent the firm at trade fairs (e.g., Heimtextil, Evteks, Domotex) and B2B networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Performance & Reporting :

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Track KPIs on revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Requirements

    Experience :

  • Minimum +10 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury textiles, furniture, or interior design industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the luxury textile market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to strategize and execute international sales plans.
  • Education & Language Proficiency :

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus).
  • Other Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital sales and CRM systems.
