Job Role :
As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic B2B relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the firm’s presence in the high-end textiles market. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and premium furniture brands to position the firm as the preferred textile provider.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Expansion & Sales Strategy :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the firm’s high-end customer base.
- Identify and build strong B2B relationships with hotels, furniture manufacturers, architects, and luxury retailers.
- Leverage Egypt’s hub to streamline supply chain logistics and cost-efficient deliveries.
Customer Acquisition & Account Management :
Lead negotiations and closing deals with high-value clients.Deliver tailored textile solutions to meet customer needs.Ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction.Marketing & Brand Positioning :Represent the firm at trade fairs (e.g., Heimtextil, Evteks, Domotex) and B2B networking events.Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and brand storytelling.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Performance & Reporting :
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Track KPIs on revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.Requirements
Experience :
Minimum +10 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury textiles, furniture, or interior design industries.Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.Skills & Knowledge :
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.In-depth understanding of the luxury textile market and customer preferences.Ability to strategize and execute international sales plans.Education & Language Proficiency :
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus).Other Requirements :
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.Strong understanding of B2B digital sales and CRM systems.
