Beans for Trading & Distribution is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the retail sector, to lead the development of a sales team focused on coffee distribution and to build and implement sales strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy.
- Open new distribution channels, especially in the retail sector.
- Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor market performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Achieve sales targets and grow the product’s market share.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales; experience in coffee or FMCG sales is preferred.Strong knowledge of the retail market.Proven leadership skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated and capable of building an effective sales structure from scratch.Benefits :
