Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) Software experience is a must. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a sales management role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets Strong leadership and motivational skills Experience in setting and achieving strategic sales goals Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite MBA is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire, and train members of the sales team
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and adjust targets as needed
- Evaluate current sales processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements
- Develop individual sales quotas and assign territories to team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Monitor individual performance through observation and metrics, and take corrective actions when necessary
