Job description

The ideal candidate should be passionate about service and excel in a dynamic, growing company with a strong presence in Africa, the Middle East, and Southern Asia. Energetic, intelligent, and driven, they are dedicated to expanding T3's client base, engaging with IATA & non-IATA travel agencies, and maintaining relationships while generating new business. Should be a self-motivated leader, collaborative, strategically minded in sales, and capable of building strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and clients.
  • Work closely with operations and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery and proper payment follow-ups.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
  • 8-12 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the travel industry).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and proficiency in sales systems and tools. market expansion.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
