Job description
  • Lead, train, and motivate a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Set sales goals aligned with business objectives and track performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Analyze sales KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, revenue) and report insights to leadership.
  • Improve telesales processes, tools, and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on lead generation campaigns.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support growth.
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Telesales Manager (3+ years).
  • Strong background in B2C sales ; education / EdTech experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluent English – spoken and written.
  • Ability to travel abroad for 3 months.
