Key Responsibilities :

• Familiarize with the Tripathon system and oversee its efficient operation.
• Verify and reconcile Tripathon system bookings with supplier websites for accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies to the IT department and assist in resolving disputes.
• Work closely with the Operations department to investigate and resolve booking differences.
• Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects to support departmental goals.
• Conduct routine data validation checks, maintain organized documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address discrepancies and establish effective communication channels.
• Provide training and support to team members on booking reconciliation processes.
• Generate reports on reconciliation metrics for management review, facilitating informed decision-making.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotel Industry experience
• Excellent English, Turkish speaking and writing skills
• Analytical mindset

• Good communication skills
