  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their shipping needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social platforms
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads (importers / exporters and frequent shippers)
  • Present the company’s freight forwarding services effectively (Sea, Air)
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams for smooth execution of shipments
  • Set up meetings with prospects, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (min. 1–3 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping (export procedures, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
