Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies.
Assist in analyzing purchasing data and preparing reports on procurement activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Perform administrative tasks related to procurement, such as document filing and data entry.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
graduates only should apply
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
