Responsibilities :

  • Undertake professional HR activities on a daily basis within procedures and standards of practice.
  • May prepare or participate in preparation of reports for the function setting out progress and status of allocated tasks.
  • Coordination of new joiner on-boarding activities both internally and externally.
  • End to end joining logistics.
  • Reference Checks.
  • Data mining.
  • Participates in recruitment effort; assists onboarding; processes new hire forms and paperwork.
  • Communicates and ensures completion of New Hire Checklist, which outlines employment requirements such as degree / certification verification, background check, references, etc. with the applicant.
  • Coordinate medical ahealth and life insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration.
  • Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in the HRMS system in a timely fashion.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Understanding of local / regional labor laws, employment regulations and Emiratization guidelines.
  • 3 years experience in Recruiting in the Medical Field is a must.
  • Excellent Command of English Language.
