Undertake professional HR activities on a daily basis within procedures and standards of practice.
May prepare or participate in preparation of reports for the function setting out progress and status of allocated tasks.
Coordination of new joiner on-boarding activities both internally and externally.
End to end joining logistics.
Reference Checks.
Data mining.
Participates in recruitment effort; assists onboarding; processes new hire forms and paperwork.
Communicates and ensures completion of New Hire Checklist, which outlines employment requirements such as degree / certification verification, background check, references, etc. with the applicant.
Coordinate medical ahealth and life insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration.
Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in the HRMS system in a timely fashion.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Understanding of local / regional labor laws, employment regulations and Emiratization guidelines.
3 years experience in Recruiting in the Medical Field is a must.
