1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant (payroll coordination, attendance, contracts, leaves).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food industry standards.
- Maintain updated employee records and HR systems (HRIS).
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Partner with operations and production managers to forecast manpower needs.Lead recruitment for production, logistics, quality, and support functions.Manage onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations.3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Foster positive labor relations and liaise with union representatives (if applicable).Implement engagement initiatives, suggestion programs, and morale-boosting activities.4. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps in plant staff and design training plans in coordination with production leaders.Promote safety and hygiene training in line with dairy industry standards.Facilitate leadership development for supervisors and team leaders.5. Performance & Discipline
Implement performance appraisal cycles for factory and administrative staff.Support supervisors in setting KPIs and evaluating frontline employees.Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and termination processes professionally and lawfully.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).7 years of HR generalist or managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing, dairy, or FMCG industries.Strong knowledge of labor law, occupational safety, and shift-based workforce management.Hands-on experience in HRIS systems, reporting, and documentation.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Key Competencies :
