Events Manager

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Rockstar, Spirited, Outgoing, and energetic Events Manager , who will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing the exciting line-up of events during the El Gouna Film Festival. The Events Manager will work closely with the Events Director and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery — from screenings, red carpets, and press events to panels, gala dinners, and community activations.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

Event Planning & Coordination :

• Support in the planning and execution of the festival’s events calendar.
• Manage event timelines, schedules, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution.
