  • Core Responsibilities (3–5 years’ experience)
  • Social Media Content
  • Plan and publish monthly content calendars (static posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks).
  • Brief designers and video editors; guarantee all assets match brand tone, specs, and platform best practices.
  • Write platform-native captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and hashtag sets.
  • Media Buying & Ad Operations
  • Launch, monitor, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok
  • Business Center, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Structure campaigns for full-funnel objectives (TOF, MOF, BOF) and audience segments.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and creatives daily; run A / B tests to improve ROAS and lower CPA / CPI.
  • Creative Strategy
  • Ideate concepts that connect product features to user pain points and desires.
  • Draft clear briefs for motion graphics, UGC-style videos, and static ads.
  • Maintain a swipe file of competitor ads, trends, and emerging formats for rapid inspiration.
  • Copywriting

    • Craft high-converting ad copy, promotional emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
    • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and app store listings for CVR and ASO keywords.
    • Adapt tone and language to fit Egyptian and GCC audiences.
    • Analytics & Reporting

    • Build and update weekly dashboards in GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Looker Studio.
    • Track CAC, ROAS, CPI, cohort retention, and lifetime value; surface insights for action.
    • Present key findings and next-step recommendations in Monday stand-ups.
    • Plan monthly social calendars and brief designers / editors while crafting platform-native captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags.
    • Launch, scale, and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads campaigns (≥ $10 k / month) to hit ROAS / CPI targets for e-commerce stores and mobile apps.
    • Ideate data-backed creative concepts, write high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and App / Play Store listings, and maintain a swipe file of trends and competitor angles.
    • Build dashboards in GA4, Firebase / AppsFlyer, and Looker Studio; track CAC, LTV, and cohort retention, surfacing insights and next steps in weekly stand-ups.
    • Run disciplined A / B tests, manage daily bid and budget pacing, and apply ASO and on-page CRO best practices to lift conversion rates.
    • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with proven ability to localize tone for Egyptian and GCC audiences; comfortable using Canva / Figma / Adobe for quick creative iterations.
    • 3–5 yrs performance marketing experience, strong cross-functional communication, and

    • preferred certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Marketing Science).
