Job description

• Developing schedules containing all agreed activities, deliverables milestones and client deliverables based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Implementing and maintain project monitoring processes such as KPIs, total float, Earned Value (EV), resource and costing.
• Monitoring progress and anticipating problems to keep the project on track, including creating recovery and contingency plans.
• Monitoring and auditing contractor plans and planning processes
• Performing analysis and scenario modeling for potential project changes
• Providing risk, issue, cost, resource and delay analysis
• Performing critical path analysis and advising of possible actions and areas of concern
• Providing regular reports on project status for internal reporting requirements.
• Attending project coordination meetings to discuss project status with specific reference to engineering activity, sourcing, quality, cost and delivery.
