الوصف الوظيفي4–7 years of professional software development experience. Minimum 2 years in a Senior Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer role. Proven experience leading or contributing to at least one project involving AI or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Experience with multiple tech stacks; PHP and Django experience highly preferred. Hands-on use of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) in large-scale applications. Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems. Demonstrated experience with complex system integrations and third-party APIs. Ability to conduct structured planning across engineering resources and cloud / infrastructure needs. Lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered recruitment technology.
