Job description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. This role requires a technically proficient leader who can manage both people and projects while delivering scalable, high-performance systems.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team through design, development, and deployment phases.
  • Architect and implement complex software systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Contribute directly to codebases, especially on complex integrations and mission-critical features.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver AI-powered features and products.
  • Evaluate and choose the best-fit technologies and architectural approaches.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Senior Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer role.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to at least one project involving AI or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Experience with multiple tech stacks; PHP and Django experience highly preferred.
  • Hands-on use of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) in large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex system integrations and third-party APIs.
  • Ability to conduct structured planning across engineering resources and cloud / infrastructure needs.
