Job descriptionMonitor and enforce quality assurance procedures across all production stages (spinning, weaving / knitting, dyeing, finishing).Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.Prepare and update quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and audit results.Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Support internal and external audits, including ISO, customer audits, and compliance inspections.Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment in coordination with the lab team.Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention methods.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QA-related processes.Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance departments to support product development and process improvements.Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the textile or garment industry.Strong knowledge of textile processes, quality standards (ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, etc.), and testing methods.Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis).Good command of Microsoft Office and quality reporting software.Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
