Job description

Sarmad is on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and facilitating the delivery of effective solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and enhance business processes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and drive consensus
  • Assist in testing and validation of new systems and processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis methodologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech and Banking.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience
