Job description

A leading Company in Alcoholic Beverages industry is looking to hire Retail Trade Marketing Senior Executive to join their team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies aimed at driving brand visibility and sales performance across various retail channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement effective retail trade marketing programs that enhance brand presence and product visibility.
  • Manage the distribution and implementation of promotional materials and point-of-sale displays to ensure optimal execution across retail outlets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored marketing initiatives that support sales objectives and drive in-store execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and promotions, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail environments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on trade marketing performance, KPIs, and market trends to senior management.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for trade marketing activities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for sales teams on trade marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail trade marketing or brand management, preferably in the FMCG or alcoholic beverages sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing retail marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.
