Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.Experience : 0–3 years in tech, CRM, or SaaS-related roles.Skills :Excellent presentation and communication skills.English fluency (spoken and written)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
Bonus : Salesforce Trailhead badges, prior Presales or customer-facing role, or technical certifications.
