We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our executive leadership team in Cairo and lead PetroApp’s product strategy, innovation, and global expansion efforts. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives on turning bold ideas into market-leading products.
As CPO, you will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing PetroApp’s product vision . You will lead cross-functional teams in creating solutions that set new standards in the fuel retail and mobility sector. From concept to launch , you will ensure PetroApp’s products meet customer needs, anticipate market trends, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership
- Define and own PetroApp’s global product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy .
- Drive competitive analysis, market insights, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align product initiatives with corporate goals.
Product Innovation & Development
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle , from ideation to commercialization and post-launch optimization.Integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into all product decisions.Promote a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.Cross-functional Partnership
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to deliver successful product launches.Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, timelines, and KPIs.Team Leadership & Culture
Build, mentor, and scale a world-class product team with global capabilities.Inspire a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and collaboration.Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for sustainable growth.Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).20+ years of progressive product management experience , including a minimum of 8 years in a senior or executive leadership role .Proven track record in SaaS product management is a must , with deep expertise in B2B markets .Experience scaling digital platforms across multiple countries, ideally in mobility, fintech, or retail tech sectors.Skills & Competencies
