Job descriptionDevelop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and brand presence.Act as the primary point of contact for supermarket chains and major retail customers. While expanding new accounts.Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and annual contracts to achieve sales targets and margin objectives.Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare detailed business reviews for management and clients.Collaborate with internal teams on demand planning, inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new products or promotions.Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to develop tailored strategies for key accounts.Ensure financial accuracy in agreements and work closely with the finance team on account reconciliations.Lead activations on ground in bazar and other direct to consumer possibilitiesLead and develop Horeca opportunitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. An accounting background is a strong advantage.Minimum 2 years experience in sales or key account management, specifically within the retail sector (food & beverage preferred) .Proven track record managing supermarket or large retail accounts.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Excellent analytical and numerical abilities; comfortable working with sales data and P&L implications.Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).High organization capabilitiesHigh mobility, the ability to stay in different areas for extended periods of timesAbility to manage workers
