Job description
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and brand presence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supermarket chains and major retail customers. While expanding new accounts.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and annual contracts to achieve sales targets and margin objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare detailed business reviews for management and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on demand planning, inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new products or promotions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to develop tailored strategies for key accounts.
  • Ensure financial accuracy in agreements and work closely with the finance team on account reconciliations.
  • Lead activations on ground in bazar and other direct to consumer possibilities
  • Lead and develop Horeca opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. An accounting background is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or key account management, specifically within the retail sector (food & beverage preferred) .
  • Proven track record managing supermarket or large retail accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities; comfortable working with sales data and P&L implications.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • High organization capabilities
  • High mobility, the ability to stay in different areas for extended periods of times
