Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team at RayaCX in Cairo, Egypt. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests
• Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism
• Documenting all customer interactions and keeping accurate records of all calls and inquiries
• Meeting personal and team targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
