We are hiring a Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Job Description

Marketing Strategy Development : Design and implement innovative and impactful marketing strategies that enhance the company’s market presence and increase brand awareness.

Team Management : Lead and manage the marketing team, including graphic designers, media buyers, content creators, and social media coordinators.

Campaign Planning and Supervision : Plan and oversee various marketing campaigns targeting clients in the financial services sector, with a focus on financial workshop academies and financial consulting services.

Content Development : Supervise the creation of marketing content across all channels, including blogs, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and appeal to the target audience.

Cross-Department Coordination :   Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the company’s business goals and enhance the value proposition offered to clients.

Marketing Channel Management :   Coordinate with different teams to ensure integration across all marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing.

Event Management : Organize marketing events, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars related to the company’s financial services, with the aim of increasing engagement from the target audience.

Performance Analysis : Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and outcomes.

Client Relationship Management :   Engage with current and potential clients through multiple channels, including digital media, to deliver valuable content and stimulate interest in the company’s offerings.

Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Market Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and the financial services industry to ensure the company keeps pace with ongoing market developments.

Job Qualifications

  • From 6 to 10  Years of Experience
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, or a relevant role Technology / Technical Focus
  • Excellent user of MS Office.
  • Good in both Arabic and English in both verbal and written
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, allowing to work in Excel, Word (creating letters), Outlook (mail and calendar service), PowerPoint (Making Presentations)

Working Conditions

Working Days : From Sunday to Thursday, 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Weekends : Friday & Saturday
