Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Help Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and providing remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware provisioning and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Desk Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and / or macOS operating systems.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
