Job Responsibilities :
- Ad Buying & Management : Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, preferred LinkedIn Ads , etc.Negotiate ad placements and budgets to optimize costs and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results.Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Budgeting & Reporting : Allocate advertising budgets efficiently across different channels.Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Market Research
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and platform algorithm changes.Experiment with new ad formats and emerging platforms.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Basic knowledge of media buying and digital advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager), Tiktok , etc.Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers.
