Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and distributors regarding the application, performance, and troubleshooting of polymer products.
  • Resolve customer technical inquiries related to polymer formulations, properties, and processing techniques.
  • Lead the development and improvement of polymer recipes and formulations based on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Design and develop innovative polymer products that meet specific performance criteria for various industries.
  • Tailor formulations to meet various customer needs, including different processing methods (e.g., extrusion, injection molding) and applications (e.g., automotive, packaging, construction).
  • Oversee the testing of new polymer products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
  • Monitor and review customer feedback to identify areas for product or process improvement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in polymer technical support, formulation development, or product innovation.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Strong expertise in polymer chemistry, processing techniques, and material performance.
