Job Responsibilities :

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and user-generated content.

Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, friendly, and brand-consistent manner.

Remove or report inappropriate content according to internal guidelines and community standards.

Escalate sensitive issues or negative feedback to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a positive tone and encourage healthy conversations within the community.

Track and report recurring community issues or content trends to the marketing team.

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align moderation with ongoing campaigns and brand

voice.

Support with basic content scheduling or publishing tasks if required.

Stay updated with platform policies, community guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• B.S. in Marketing, Business or equivalent education in related fields.
• 1 year of experience as a Social Media Moderator.
• Digital Marketing Agency Background
• KSA & GCC Clients Experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
