full-cycle Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules across domains (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
- Act as a functional expert for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide functional specifications for developers when customizations are needed.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Train key users and end-users; prepare user manuals and SOPs.
- Mentor junior implementers and assist with their functional training and development.
- Provide Level 2 support and proactively resolve post-implementation issues.
- Ensure data integrity during data migration and go-live cutovers.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP.
- Solid understanding of core business processes : Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, HR, etc.
- Strong experience in business analysis and ERP process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
