Job description
Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and faxing.
Assist with preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and reports.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure that the office runs smoothly by coordinating administrative processes.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
2 to 4 years of experience.
Fluent English is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
