Conducting and following up on market research, competitor analysis, identifying market trends, and growth opportunities.
Developing target segments and identifying appropriate channels for communication and marketing (Segmentation – Targeting – Positioning).
Building and promoting brand positioning and increasing brand awareness among target markets.
Designing, implementing, and monitoring the execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans after approval, and linking them to sales and marketing performance analysis.
Preparing marketing budgets and allocating them to various campaigns and activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Supervising the design and management of digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
Proposing strategies for developing the company’s real estate products based on market feedback and customer responses, in coordination with the Business Development Department.
Following up on the implementation of promotional plans, content, and advertisements across all platforms.
Responsible for preserving, developing, and overseeing the implementation of all aspects of the company’s visual identity for any promotional materials, through the Visual Identity and Creative Department.
Responsible for preparing, designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization and coordination of the company’s conferences, exhibitions, and all events.
Leading marketing teams, developing their skills, monitoring their performance, and motivating them to be creative.
Continuous coordination with the Sales Department to align objectives and achieve desired results.
Continuously measuring marketing performance and preparing periodic reports for senior management.
Supporting internal marketing initiatives (Internal Branding) in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in the real estate sector with an extensive network of relationships and strong data analysis skills.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others)
