Production Pharmacist

Oversee and supervise the production process, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and company policies.

• Process Validation :

Conduct and document process validation activities, ensuring the manufacturing process is reliable and produces consistent results.

• Batch Record Review :

Review batch records to verify that all manufacturing steps have been performed correctly and documented accurately.

• Training and Development :

Train production personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP regulations.

• Quality Control :

Monitor and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

• Process Improvement :

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

• Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and other documentation.

• Collaboration :

Work with other departments, such as quality assurance, engineering, and research and development, to ensure seamless operation of the production process.

• Equipment Maintenance :

Monitor the maintenance activities of production equipment and facilities.

• Safety :

Ensure that production personnel follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Additional Tasks :

• Material Handling :

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Scheduling :

Help to develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production runs.

• Problem Solving :

Investigate and resolve issues that may arise during the production process throughout Production Shifts

• Process Development :

May be involved in the development and optimization of new production processes.

• Safety :

Ensure that production personnel follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a pharmacist
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Degree in Pharmacy
