Job description
Organizational Development & Change Management
Design and execute OD strategies to support company transformation, culture alignment, and leadership development.
Lead initiatives in change management, performance management, and talent development frameworks.
Partner with business units to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
HR Analytics & Data Insights
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track trends in turnover, engagement, talent pipelines, etc.
Conduct workforce analysis to support succession planning, capacity planning, and organizational structure changes.
Leverage predictive analytics to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Capability Building & Learning
Assess training needs, develop interventions, and facilitate learning programs aligned with business goals.
Support leadership development initiatives through competency frameworks and assessments.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning efforts.
Contribute to shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to integrate OD initiatives across the HR function.
Present analytical findings and OD recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
From 2 to 4 years of experience in OD, HR Analytics, or related HR roles.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in using HR data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of OD models (e.g., ADDIE, McKinsey 7-S, Kotter’s change model, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills :
Certification in OD, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
Familiarity with HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HITS).
Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
