Job descriptionReceive requisition forms from manager departments and review them for accuracy and completeness.Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Follow up on the implementation of training plans and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback surveys.Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.Conduct Exit interview to understand reasons for employees’ departures and gather valuable feedback.Support the performance appraisal process by collecting data from department managers.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year experience in an HR role or HR-related functions is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Teamwork Skills.Time management Skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
