Job Opportunity : Area Manager – Fashion & Retail Industry

One of our esteemed clients in the fashion and retail sector is currently hiring an Area Manager to oversee their growing retail operations.

The client operates Multiple fashion retail stores , and they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to lead and support store teams, drive sales performance, and ensure consistent operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of all stores within the assigned area
Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and teams
Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
Handle staffing needs, performance management, and operational planning
Analyze data and report on area performance to senior management

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in a multi-store retail management role

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Fashion retail experience is a strong plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
