Requirements

Job Summary Our mid-level Software Developer (Backend) will build and maintain the core services and APIs powering our global HR platform. You’ll ensure seamless communication between different services and uphold the reliability and security of mission-critical systems.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Backend Developer…

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end services.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define API contracts.
• Optimize database schemas and queries for performance.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to maintain uptime.
