Job descriptionManage and control the flow of project documents (electronic and hard copies) between departments, clients, and contractors.Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.Ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are reviewed, properly filed, and distributed to relevant parties.Register and track documents, drawings, transmittals, correspondence, and reports using document control systems or software.Prepare document templates and standardize formatting and numbering according to company or project guidelines.Monitor document timelines to ensure submission deadlines are met and highlight delays to relevant teams.Archive project documentation at project closeout in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements.Coordinate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to ensure documentation is up to date and accurately reflects the latest revisions.Support project audits and quality checks by providing the necessary documentation as required.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a document control or administrative support role within a construction, engineering, or industrial environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with EDMS or DMS platforms is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
